You can only add additional supplements if it is a mail order and you already have your prescription medication in your cart.
If you're doing pickup, you would simply get your supplements while you're at the pharmacy.
You must create an order and make sure the cart is set to pickup before checking out. Once you pay for the order, your SureMeds Card will activate.
The card can then be accessed from the app by selecting it from the side menu.

In your cart, you have the option to change your order type from pickup to mail order and vice versa.

Refilling is the same as making a normal order. You also have the option to scan your RX bottle on the mobile app to make things easier. If you recieved your medication from a different pharmacy, then we will transfer the prescription over to us.
A paper prescription is still similar. You can either scan your prescription just as you would a refill, or input the required information manually.
We'll handle that. With the information you provide about your prescription, we can transfer the prescription from the pharmacy your doctor sent it to– to us.
